The jijiph Platform is intended primarily for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. jijiph does not warrant or represent that the services are legal in all geographic locations. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Territories do so at their own risk, and jijiph reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts found to be operating from such jurisdictions.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the jijiph Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If jijiph identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether through the same mobile number, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or other linking factors — jijiph reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds therein. Real money balances on duplicate accounts may be returned to the verified primary account minus any bonuses received.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and OTP verification codes. jijiph will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jijiph support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jijiph cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
jijiph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations. jijiph may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
An Account is considered inactive if it has not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jijiph reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of up to five percent (5%) of the remaining real money balance on inactive accounts, following written notice to the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by completing a jijiph Login and submitting a KYC verification request.
jijiph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and CLiQQ (7-Eleven). The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jijiph does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own fees. Deposit processing times vary by method; GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within seconds.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. If the same method cannot be used, jijiph may require additional verification before processing to an alternative method. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso five hundred (₱500). jijiph aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jijiph reserves the right to delay processing pending completion of KYC verification.
All transactions on the jijiph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱/PHP) unless otherwise specified. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. jijiph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jijiph are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply: (a) bonuses are available to verified jijiph account holders who meet the eligibility criteria for each specific promotion; (b) all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount unless otherwise stated; (c) wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games may contribute 10–20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely.
jijiph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements (such as low-risk hedging strategies), and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. jijiph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abuse, and permanently suspend accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
Participation in the jijiph VIP program is by invitation and is subject to separate VIP Terms and Conditions communicated at the time of invitation. VIP benefits including enhanced cashback rates, personal account managers, and exclusive bonuses are at jijiph's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time with notice to the affected player.
All games offered on the jijiph Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Game results are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of manifest technical error. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, all bets in the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to players. jijiph reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any funds pending investigation. jijiph will cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by applicable Philippine law.
All content on the jijiph Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, text, game assets, and software — is the intellectual property of jijiph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and applicable international conventions. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from the jijiph Platform without prior written consent from jijiph. Limited personal, non-commercial use of the Platform interface is permitted solely for the purpose of engaging in the services offered.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jijiph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jijiph shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond jijiph's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government action; (d) any third-party content or services accessible through the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jijiph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
jijiph's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the jijiph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jijiph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. jijiph is firmly committed to responsible gaming. jijiph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jijiph reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have provided false or misleading information; (c) your Account has been involved in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; (d) continued provision of service to you would breach applicable law or PAGCOR regulations; or (e) you are or become a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence obligations that jijiph is unable to fulfill.
Upon account closure for reasons attributable to your breach of these Terms, jijiph reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real money balances on legitimately closed accounts not subject to fraud investigation will be returned to the verified primary payment method within thirty (30) days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. For regulated gaming disputes, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution process.
jijiph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the jijiph Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory requirement. Your continued use of the jijiph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
