Despite these measures, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. jijiph cannot guarantee absolute security but commits to promptly notifying affected users and the NPC in the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, as required by the DPA.

jijiph's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines to service providers in other jurisdictions — for example, cloud infrastructure or game software providers — jijiph ensures that such transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards, including contractual clauses that require the receiving party to provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required by Philippine law. jijiph will not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection without your explicit consent or unless required by law.
The jijiph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. jijiph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If jijiph discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately closed, all data will be deleted except as required by regulatory obligations, and any funds held will be handled in accordance with jijiph's terms and PAGCOR requirements. If you believe a minor may have accessed the Platform, please contact jijiph support immediately.
jijiph reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered jijiph account holders via email to their registered address and through a notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised whenever changes are made. Your continued use of the jijiph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
